My plan is that when the spring applications are available, I will contact everyone who is interested. We will then have a meeting at which everyone can submit their applications to me, so that we can have all the team members' paperwork bundled together. We will then submit the forms and payment to the city as a joint package with the understanding that they are expected to field us as an all-girls' team. This should afford them no excuses.
